XRAY Business Intelligence ("XRAY," "we," "us") provides subscription-based business diagnostic software. Reports are AI-assisted assessments of publicly available and user-provided data for strategic planning purposes only. They do not constitute certified financial audits, professional accounting opinions, or legally binding assessments.
All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize XRAY to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation. Scan credits reset each billing cycle and do not carry over.
Annual subscriptions are billed as a single upfront charge. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting info@xraybi.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your plan through the end of the paid period.
We do not offer prorated credits for unused time remaining in a billing cycle upon voluntary cancellation.
All sales are considered final. XRAY operates a strict no-adjustment policy with limited exceptions reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Exceptions considered: Billing errors (duplicate charges, system errors), charges incurred after a documented cancellation request, or verified technical failures that made the service completely inaccessible for the full billing period.
Not eligible: Dissatisfaction with report findings, underutilization of scan credits, change of business circumstances, failure to cancel before renewal, or any subjective disagreement with diagnostic methodology.
To submit a billing inquiry, email info@xraybi.com with your account email, the charge date, and a clear description of the issue. All inquiries are reviewed within 5–7 business days. Decisions are final.
No adjustment requests will be processed via chat, social media, or any channel other than direct email to info@xraybi.com.
All reports, scoring methodologies, diagnostic frameworks, and content produced by XRAY are proprietary. Reports are licensed for personal business use only and may not be resold, republished, or redistributed without prior written consent.
XRAY provides diagnostic intelligence based on publicly available data and user-provided inputs. Results are estimates for strategic planning purposes only. XRAY makes no warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You bear sole responsibility for business decisions made using XRAY reports.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XRAY's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. XRAY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.
XRAY reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
